Do you have any package deals?
Yes. While we do have some standard pricing, we work with each client to maximize their service dollar. That can mean consolidating services under AbleSpark, but we treat each customer as the unique individual or organization.
Do you have a help desk?
Yes. You can reach our help desk 24/7/365 by visiting http://support.ablespark.com.
Do I have to come to your office for training?
No. Most of our training is conducted online using screen sharing technology such as GoToMeeting™ or GoToWebinar™. Using online training tools allows us to provide you with the hands-on training you need with minimal disruption to your daily activities.
If I cancel one service, do I have to cancel them all.
Absolutely not. We treat each service separately and have many clients that use different services as their needs change. We have a number of clients who just user our hosting, e-mail, or VOIP services.
Do I have to host my website with you to use your services?
No. While most of our clients use our website hosting services, we will work with your existing hosting provider to make sure you are getting the services that you need. When we do find hosting services that do not provide the level of service that our clients need, we recommend that they move their websites to our data center, but the final decision is up to the client.
How much will my website cost?
We’ve created websites for as little as $500 and for as much as $150,000 and we guarantee that your website will be somewhere in that range. While we do have standard pricing for many of our services, we understand that each organization is unique. We work with you to determine the level of service that will meet your budget and service level goals and then determine a reasonable price based on your actual needs.
